Description

The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle Washington 1660 S. Columbian Way is seeking a contractor for Courier services to transport laboratory specimens, pharmaceuticals, medical and other supplies to and from multiple locations. The Contractor shall provide all transport vehicles, personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform daily pick-up and delivery of items (Monday through Sunday including Federal Holidays). The terms of the contract will be for a base period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with four (4) one-year options to renew. This proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 492110 and the business size standard is 1,500 employees. The solicitation (RFQ) will be available on or about July 22, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is Aug 23, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. PDT.
