- THIS NOTICE IS MODIFIED TO DELETE THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE IN ITS ENTIRETY: "ATTACHED FOR YOUR INFORMATION IS A DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK." --------- THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is requested proposals for the Office of the Administrator, Office of Rural Health Policy (ORHP). The purpose of this acquisition is to design and implement an Evaluation of the 2nd year of the Delta states Rural Development Network Grant Program. The Contractor shall design and begin implementation of evaluation activities that will highlight the impact of the Delta Network Grant Program on the Delta region. The evaluation should elucidate evidence of the program?s success as well as areas in which the program could be improved and/or administered more effectively. The contractor shall design an evaluation strategy to assess the impact of this grant program within each Delta state. The Office of Rural Health Policy has identified several questions that could be addressed by an evaluation of the Delta States Rural Development Network Program. The anticipated period of performance is for twelve (12) months from the effective date of contract award with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541690. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available approximately fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of this notice through FEDBIZOPPS. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after release of the RFP. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
