Description

Work to be performed will consist of rebuilding and calibrating existing Carnes constant volume pressure independent dual duct terminal boxes. Options to replace preheat coil, and recover loop installation will be included in the contract. Facility with HVAC is located at Northwest Fisheries Science Center, 2725 Montlake Blvd. East, Seattle, WA. Pre-proposal conference and site visit anticipated to be held on August 16th, but solicitation will announce definite time and place. The price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will only be available through this website (http://www.eps.gov/). Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification available through this notice. All responsible offers will be considered. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
