- The purpose of this solicitation is to recruit a qualified U.S. citizen to work as Deputy Country Representative for the USAID/OTI's program in West Bank Gaza under a personal services contract (PSC). The salary range for this position will be $64,478-$83,819, which is equivalent to a GS-13, non locality pay plan. The performance period of the contract will be two years.
