- The requirement is for a one-year, single-award term contract with four option years for the production of forms, books and pamphlets requiring such operations as film and plate making, printing (including color copies), binding, packing and delivery. Approximately 200 orders per year (25 orders for forms/175 orders for books and pamphlets). Forms orders will include envelope overprinting.
