- The Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC, is soliciting proposals to provide dose-ready radiopharmaceuticals for the Department of Nuclear Medicine. All radiopharmaceuticals shall be delivered in unit dose packaging on an as needed basis, 12 -24 hour delivery service, seven days per week, if necessary. Anticipated period of performance is base year, 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006, plus four option years at the discretion of the Government in accordance with all specifications, work s tatement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, techn ical capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. The Government intends to evaluat e proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors and reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. This is a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract and this acquisition is unre stricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325412 is 750 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item s. The issue date and date of receipt of offers are estimated. The projected date of issuance of the solicitation W91YTZ-05-T-0140 is 18 July 2005, with receipt of offers due 1 August 2005. The actual date and time for receipt of offers will be specifie d in the solicitation. It is the intent of the Government to issue the solicitation and any amendments electronically. This solicitation will not be available in hard copy.
