- The Office of the Product Manager for Mortars has a basic requirement for Operational New Equipment (OPNET) Training services on a Time and Material Contract Basis in support of the fielding of qty 83 each M120 120mm Mortar Systems, qty 30 each M121 120mm Mortar Systems, qty 113 each M313120mm Sub-Caliber Training Inserts and qty 60 M224 60mm Mortar System. The contractor shall be responsible for performing OPNET Training services for the fielding of each of these systems at the fielding location in accordance with the approved Programs of Instruction (POI). The requirement also includes four options for additional OPNET Training services for each of the Mortar Systems and the M313 120mm Sub-Caliber Training Inserts. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination and FOB shall be destination. A Request for Proposal (RFP) for this requirement is expected to be issued on or about 29 July 2005.
