Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0015 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20050621. Elmendorf AFB requires Replacement Broom Cassettes for SIB Broom Cores. The contractor shall furnish the following supplies and quantities and deliver them to Elmendorf AFB, FOB Destination on or before 1 October 2005: 28 Sets of SIB Broom Cassettes Part #SIB/MB-18/28-05 broom cassettes (BRAND NAME ONLY). The intended source of this requirement is Myslik, Inc. , as this is the only authorized dealer of SIB Broom Cassette Systems in North America. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
