- This is a reposting of a synopsis originally posted on 2 Jun 2005 that was inadvertently deleted on 18 Jul 2005. Vandenberg Air Force Base has a requirement for Portable Chemical Toilets. The contractor shall provide all personnel equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to furnish, place, and service chemical toilets. The proposed period of performance includes basic year from 1 Oct 2005 through 30 Sept 2006; and four (4) one-year option periods extending through 30 September 2009. This aquistition is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 562991 and the size standard is $6.0M in average annual gross receipts. Anticipated date for issuance of RFP is 17 Jun 2005. Anticipated response date is 25 Jul 05. The solicitation will be posted through the Internet at www.eps.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
