- Description
- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 has a requirement to provide renovations for Project 646-05-116 "B#4 HERL Electrical Upgrade". Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations adn furnish labor and materials and perform work, as required by drawings and specifications. Contract work shall include general construction, alteratons, and electrical, mechanical and plumbing work. The construction cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $12M. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for August 2, 2005 at 2:00pm in the A&MM Conference Room, 373E, Third floor, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. The solicitation will be issued o/a July 29, 2005. Bid opening will be o/a August 29, 2005 at 2:00PM. The proposed procurement listed herein is a competitive set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns. All responsible SDVOSB companies will be eligible to submit bids which will be considered by the agency if received timely. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office by fax or email. Award is subject to the Availability of Funds.
