- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-05-RQ-0037 for the following supplies: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary for providing inscription of veterans' interment data on granite columbarium niche covers for Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 14 Veterans Way, Fernley, Nevada 89408. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 561990. Size standard is $6.0. Requests for a hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to Cheryl Harding, Contract Specialist. Requests for hard copy must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference the solicitation number on remittance. Hard copy solicitations will be available on or about July 25, 2005, via the ordinary mail. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about July 25, 2005, 2005. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., August 15, 2005. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Numbered Note 1.
