- NAICS CODE 561720-Size Standard 14 Contractor is to provide Janitorial Services to Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Fonda, NY. Tasks Include: 1.Empty waste receptacles and replace liners 5x week 2.Remove trash to designated area of waste collection 5x week 3.Spot clean inside/outside of waste receptacles 5x week 4.Spot clean work surfaces 5x week 5.Dust all furnishings including desktops, chairs, tables, partitions, credenzas, cabinets, ledges, and other reachable horizontal surfaces 5x week 6.Dust/damp wipe and disinfect telephone handsets 5x week 7.Dust damp wipe computer monitors 5x week 8.Spot clean doors, door frames, and light switches to remove fingerprints and smudges 5x week 9.Clean and sanitize water coolers 5x week 10.Spot clean partitions and office door glass 5x week I 1. Low and high dust 5x week 12.Dust Venetian blinds 1 x month 13.Vacuum upholstered furniture 1 x month 14.Dust ceiling vents l x month 15.Vacuum carpets and spot clean high traffic areas 5x week (Note: If a spot becomes a stain requiring special equipment, Contractor shall notify VA COTR since this is beyond the work scope of these specifications.) 16.Vacuum edges, corners and hard to get areas of carpeting lx month 17.Dust mop or vacuum hard surface floors 5x week 18.Damp mop tile floors to remove spills or tracking 5x week 19.Damp mop tile floors thoroughly5x week 20.Burnish or spray buff tile floors lx month each month 21.Recondition tile floors 2x yearly (once during the month of April and once in October) 22. Dust Emergency Lighting Fixtures 1x month Lavatories 1.Replenish toilet tissue, hand soap, and towels (Materials supplied by the VA)5x week 2.Empty waste receptacles and replace liners supplied by the VA 5x week 3.Clean and sanitize toilets, bowls (exterior and interior), seats, urinals, wash basins, and dispensers 5x week 4.Clean mirrors 5x week 5.Dust horizontal surfaces 5x week 6.Damp wipe or spot clean partitions, walls, doors, doors frame, and light switches and remove fingerprints and smudges 5x week 7. Sanitize all stainless steel or chrome fixtures 5x week 8.Sweep and damp mop floor using a disinfectant solution 5x week 9.Dust ceiling vents 1 x month.
