- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Interparking, Inc., Washington, DC for the lease of a multi-level indoor parking facility (space numbered) which is secured and restricted to tenants and tenant guests. Requirement is for one hundred sixty-four (164) parking spaces located on garage levels P-2 through P-4 at 650 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The performance period is 18 months which includes a 12-month base period and up to six one-month option periods. This contractor is the sole proprietor of the parking facility in the building where ATF headquarters is housed. Accordingly, this is a sole souce action. The resultant contract will be firm fixed and negotiated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 12, Acqussition of Commercial Items.
