Description

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is interested in procuring the services of one contractor to perform Fair Market Rent Study Services for Public Indian Housing (PIH) in Washington D.C. The contract requirements are as stated, but not limited to examining how accurately the existing method estimates the 40th percentile rent distribution, determining changes the Department could make to its annual adjustment process, improving accuracy and assess how data from the newly implemented ACS, conducted by the Census Bureau, could affect FMR accuracy, and to determine whether FMRs or an equivalent standard is necessary. Tasks include but not limited to Analysis of Current Process, Analysis of Data Sources, and Impact Analysis, Policy Development and Recommendations. This solicitation is competitive, unrestricted with an initial performance period of one year with 1 one-year option period and is open to all interested firms under NAIC 541611. All interested firms under NAICs 541611 are encourage to submit a proposal.
