- In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-76, dated May 29, 2003, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) hereby announces its Performance Decision of the streamlined competition pertaining to the USPTO's requirement for Mail Fulfillment Operations for the program areas covered under the Executive for Customer Information Services. The Streamlined Competition Form (SLCF) was completed on July 15, 2005, and indicates that performance of the affected services by the Government would be more cost effective than continued performance by the private sector. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition. The SLCF will be made available to the public upon request. This is not a solicitation and therefore proposals are not requested.
