- The USDA Forest Service, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Spring Mountains National Recreation Area is conducting Market Research and seeking potential sources for the development of an interagency wilderness environental education plan. The purpose of the plan, if done, would be to improve visitor experiences, increase public awareness about wilderness and wilderness related issues, and increase resource protection in designated wilderness areas in Southern Nevada. Information submissions should contain as much info as possible regarding your company, and detail any similar work your company has done for Federal Government land management agencies such as Bureau of Land Management, National Parks, Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife. We're particularly interested in work done for these agencies in Southern Nevada. Info submissions due no later 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time, 8/1/05. Submissions should be sent to the Contracting Officer, U.S. Forest Service, Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, 4701 North Torrey Pines Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130 ATTN: Steve Roehr.
