Description

Answers to questions asked by a vendor, any more questions please email jeffrey.kistler@luke.af.mil questions regarding Solicitation# F2U3145166A200. The Questions requiring answers are as follows: Q1. What type of analytical tests are required prior to hauling material offsite for disposal? Present contractor performed tests for Total Recoverable Metals, Inorganics and Volatile Organics. Local pumping contractors know the requirements. Q2. Are there any historically, RCRA hazardous components at any Luke AFB p/u points mentioned in this current solicitation? No RCRA hazardous components known. Q3. How many task orders were placed against the previous contract? How much was spent by Luke AFB for this previous contract? We spent about $35K in a 12 month period and about 36 calls were made. Some calls were made for more than 1 site. Q4. What is the frequency of service for each site mentioned in the current solicitation? Annually but some sites needed more than one pumping after a spill or other event. Q5. How far in advance will the contractor be provided with a service schedule to service the facility locations? We can work with the contractor on this. Most pumpings can be on a monthly schedule but there may be times when we'll need the contractor within a couple of days.
