- GSA is issuing a solicitation for an open market Blanket Purchase Agreement for a one year period. The contract period starts from August 1, 2005, or date of award, which ever is later, through July 31, 2006. The solictation issue date; July 14, 2005, and closes on July 27, 2005. This solicitation consist of four National Stock Numbers (NSN), they are: NSN 8135-01-126-6275, bubble wrap, anti-static: NSN 8135-01-235-8057, bubble wrap, anti-static: NSN 8135-01-324-2664, vermiculite grade #3: and NSN 8135-00-222-4035, barrier material, asphalt paper, 24"x36" a sheet, waterproof, with fiber cord strands. The annual dollar value with all four NSN's is $79,476.64. These items are to service our Federal and Civilian Agencies. Deliveries are to be made within the 48 contiguous United States.
