- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head, Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Scientific Systems Sales Corporation (SSSC). The procurement consists of one CCD Camera to detect weak emissions signals in a strong background of blackbody radiation. Maximum spectral coverage and resolution, wide detection range, 17 mm and 1300 horizontal pixels, ability to take 1000 snapshots per experiment and 1000 vertical pixels required. The applicable North American Industrial classification System (NIACS) code is 333314. The FSC code is 6760. The resulting purchase order will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
