Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase a Integrated Condition Display System (Quantity ? 1). The North American Industry Classification System code is 518210, $21.0 million size standard. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business and FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUL 1996) is applicable. This requirement is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The order shall be a firm fixed priced purchase order! . FOB Destination, Combat Direction Systems Activity, Virginia Beach, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only notice being issued. The quotation number is N00178-05-Q-1211. The description is: Computer-based system to monitor various power and ventilation conditions in building 127-S: consisting of ? complete, stand-alone desktop computer, Windows XP Professional, 80GB internal hard drive, 24X CD-R/WR, 1.44 MB 3.5 inches floppy drive, Keyboard, Mouse,17 inches flat panel monitor, telephone dialer to report problems, building power monitoring, service entrance voltage at three locations, building UPS voltage at three locations, building water monitoring, chill-water temperatures at three locations, building air monitoring, air flow and temperature at 13 locations, room S141 (monitor 2 AHUs), four discharge air temperature sensors, two differential pressure switches, room S241 (! monitor 2 AHUs), four discharge air temperature sensors, two differential pressure switches, room S119 (monitor 1 AHU), two discharge air temperature sensors, two differential pressure switches, room S195 (monitor 2 AHUs), four discharge air temperature sensors, two differential pressure switches, room H117 (monitor multi-zone AHU), two discharge air temperature sensors, one differential pressure switch, room H114a (monitor 1 AHU), one discharge air temperature sensor, one differential pressure switch, room H234 (monitor multi-zone AHU), two discharge air temperature sensors, two differential pressure switches. This procurement is DO priority rated.
