Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to Martin-Baker America, Incorporated under sole-source BOA N00019-03-G-0007 to procure five (5) Navy Aircrew Common Ejection Seats (NACES) F/A-18 E/F Seat Pans in support of newly received aircraft. Martin-Baker is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of NACES and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government?s needs. See numbered note 22.
