Description

U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan (NHO) has a standing order requirement for reagents and supplies for use by NHO?s laboratory. The intention is to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for fiscal year 2006 (Oct 1, 2005 through Sep 30, 2006). The NAICS code for this Solicitation is 423450. The small business size standard is 100 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Offerors shall provide items listed in the solicitation in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract. Delivery of CLINs will be direct to NHO (Japan), with identified refrigerated and hazardous material (if any) shipped to Tracy, CA. The contractor shall be responsible for door-to-door delivery of all international shipments, providing tracking information for all (international and CONUS) shipments, and ensuring proper packaging and shipping of refrigerated items and hazardous material. Telephone requests for solicitation will not be accepted. Faxed offers will be accepted. Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information. Quotes and all pertinent data (descriptive literature, specifications, etc.) must be submitted to Contracting Officer, 12 Aug 2005. NHO reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by this agency. Required Central Contractor Registration. [Note: Lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration will make an Offeror ineligible for award] Registration is available via the Internet at www.CCR.gov. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
