This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of the Government`s intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Inamed Corporation for 10 Lap Bands. This is set aside for small business. These are surgical components required for patient surgery . This notice is an urgent requirement for Waler Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW Washington DC, 20307, contract number W91YTZ-05-P-1029.
