Description: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to enter into a cost-plus-fixed-fee full and open competition contract to acquire Engineering Services for the Towed Targets Program. The basic requirement is for 1,000 Towed Targets Engineering Se rvices man-hours and a five (5) year option for a total of 40,000 man-hours for fiscal years (FYs) 2006 through 2010. Each FY option has a range quantity of 1 - 8,000 man-hours. The solicitation is estimated to be released on or about July 29, 2005. See Note 1.
