- This is a modification to the previous presolicitation notice for Solicitation #W31P4Q-05-T-0750 issued on July 8, 2005. This modification serves to incorporate additional information for this requirement. For this requirement, the Government requi res the contractor to have an established relationship with industries and academic institutions throughout the corridor, as well as other facilities extending out from the corridor. This is essential for 90% of the assessment will come from information, databases, statistics, etc., from these industries and academic institutions. The Government also requires the contractor to have significant knowledge of each aerospace testing facility within the corridor (and bordering the corridor) and it's potential usage to support FCS and unmanned systems. The Government requires the contractor to be knowledgeable of the Strategic and Business Plan for the corridor. The Government requires the contractor be proficient in facility infrastructure network architectur e.
