- The Business Interface Office and Picatinny's Garrison organization located at US Army ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is tasked to implement innovative ways to more efficiently use ARDEC's real property and intellectual property assets as a means to enhance mission capability and reduce the installations operating costs. ARDEC intends to award on a sole source basis the requirement to Tetra Tech EM Inc. the task to prepare a final Environmental Assessment to determine the extent of the environmental impacts of the proposed action. Tetra Tech is mose familiar with the facilities technical specificatiions as they pertain to the preparation of the EA. As such, Tetra Tech, represents the best value to the government for this effort.
