- The RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for 10 Single Oven Assemblies to be used in the Containerized Kitchen (CK). The Government intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to SFA, Inc. in Fre derick, MD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Government's requirements. The existing CK is manufactured by SFA, Inc. The NSN for the Single Oven Assembly is 7310-01-486-4360, manufacturin g Part Number: 47011084. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332439. Any responses or proposals by interested parties must be received by the Government on August 5, 2005, 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight (EDT). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed Purchase Order based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received from interested firms responding to this Notice must be sufficien t in detail to afford evaluation without added submission as the information submitted will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
