- Firm Fixed Price Award to be made under the Simplified Procurement Threshold. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove and replace one spiral staircase inside the Main Dam Bridge, Lake Shelbyville, Illinoi s. Work items include, but are not limited to: Removal of existing staircases, supply and installation of one hot-dip galvanizing spiral staircase. Because the exterior access and the interior workspace is restricted, bidders are encouraged to make a si te visit prior to bidding.
