SITE VISIT WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 21 JUL 05 AT 0930 HOURS. PLEASE CONTACT MS. UNAN FOR DETAILED INFORMATION. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000. ******SPECIAL NOTES************ NOTE 1: Due to the Defense Economic Cooperation Agreement (DECA), this acquisition is RESTRICTED to Turkish -based firms only. Proposals received from firms outside of Turkey will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. NOTE 2: Offerors who fail to submit the required number of copies of solicitation package will also be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award.
