This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. Funds for this acquisition are currently not available. Any award for a base period of performance and follow ontion years is subject to availibility of funds.
