- Description
- The Government is seeking potential vendors to provide Washer and Dryer Lease Services to end users at Scott Air Force Base, IL, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide the lease and maintenance of 93 Washers and 98 Dryers at various locations at Scott AFB, IL. A solicitation will be posted on the Electronic Posting System on or after 29 Jul 2005 and can be found at www.eps.gov . Potential vendors are required to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR can be reached at (888) 227-2424. The acquisition solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532210, with a Size Standard of $6.0M, however the Government will accept proposals from all businesses. In the event of insufficient small business participation, award will be made on an unrestricted bases. This acquisition is being procured as a commercial service IAW FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced requirement contract. The period of performance will be 01 Oct 2005 though 30 September 2006 (base period) and four, one-year option periods.
