Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting sealed bids under Solicitation No. VA-786-05-IB-0001 for the following supplies: This modification changes the release date to July 25, 2005 and the response date to August 12, 2005. The Contractor shall supply, deliver F.O.B. Destination, and install Concrete Grave Liners that conform to the Commercial Item Description contained in the solicitation and resulting contract. Installation shall be in accordance to contract Statement of Work. Delivery and installation shall be at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas TX 75211. First article testing and approval may be required. This will be a requirements contract covering the remainder of Fiscal Year 2005 with four option years. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for hard copies of the solicitation must be in writing to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Centralized Contracting Division (41D3A), 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Reference solicitation number VA-786-05-IB-0001 on your request. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about July 25, 2005. Electronic solicitations may be obtained via the world wide web on or about July 25, 2005 at FedBizOpps (www.FedBizOpps.gov). Amendments to the solicitation, if any, will also be available FedBizOpps. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note No 1.
