- The National Institutes of Health/NIDA-IRP intends to award a commercial item in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation Q56914. NAICS CODE___339111_and the size standard is_500__.Contractor to provide the following: Item #1 P/N NCS256, Neuro CCD SM256 Imaging system including SM CCD67 camera and power supply, A to D for electrode recording and experimental control, control panel, 3-1 Optical Coupler, PC (up to date CPU, 1gbRAM, Ethernet, CDRW monitor not included, Neuroplex software for data acquisition and analysis with IDL license included. Item 2 Compact Laboratory Jack with rotary platform, Item 3 Column fixture, Item #4 Shutter & Shutter control, Item #5 Minus K bench top vibration isolation platform 150BM-1 Item #6 Filters: 38mm 630/30 & 2X Schott KG1 heat filters. Item #7Lenses Pentax lenses face to face with 50 mm f/1.2 & 135 mm f/2.5 & adapters, Item #8 OptiQuip light source: DC power supply, 100W halogen lamp-housing, light guide & accessories. All Items qty 1ea. Part Numbers are REDSHIRT IMAGING, 2 Stoneleigh Road, Fairfield, Ct. 06825 .The evaluation of quotes and the determination as to equality of the product shall be the responsibility of the Government and shall be based on information provided by the vendors. The government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonable to the purchasing activity. To insure that sufficient information is available the vendor must furnish as part of their quote all descriptive material necessary for the purchasing activity to determine whether the products meet all salient characteristics of this requirement. The Government price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers, the ability to meet the technical requirements, and price. Technically acceptable offer must show the offer can meet the requirements of the Government.
