- The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB), Field Division (FLD) intends to enter into a sole source simplified acquisition with William Adams, 2615 Oak Drive, Lakewood, CO 80215 for a one year contract to assist in the development of functional recruiting plans for the 2008 Census Dress Rehearsal and the 2010 Decennial Census. A thorough knowledge/understanding of Decennial Census Recruiting Program is necessary. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this requirement no greater than 5 days from the published date of this announcement to the above address. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. No solicitation document exists and request for such document will be considered non responsive.
