- USDA, Forest Service, Ohio River Basin Procurement Cluster has a requirement for a Performance Based Service Contract to provide aggregate and stone to the North Zone of the Monongahela National Forest. The FS anticipates award of multiple IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) type, Firm-Fixed Priced Contracts with a performance Period: One Base year and one option year. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to supply stone and aggregate. Offerors are required to have the capacity to deliver a minimum quantity of 300 tons per day to any designated site. The solicitation will be issued seeking full and open competition with evaluation preferences for HUBZone Small Business Concerns and Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns. NAICS: 423320, Size Standard: 100 Employees. .This Request for Quotations will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This solicitation will be available ONLY electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website: http://www.eps.gov/, on approximately July 20, 2005. Copies of the specifications, drawings and wage determination will be uploaded to FEDBIZOPPS along with the solicitation document. Quotes will be due no later than 2:00 local time on August 15, 2005. A Pre-Bid conference will be scheduled on or about August 2, 2005, location will be provided in the solicitation documents.
