- This solicitation is for the establishment of a long term contract (IQC) for the above listed manufacturers and their part numbers on solicitation SP0500-05-R-0078. The solicitation will include two (2) base years with three (3) one (1) year options. The prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. The subject solicitation will be issued on 100% Small Business Set-A-Side solicitation. This will be a best value source selection acquisition with delivery and technical merit is considered more important than price. Solicitation SP0500-05-R-0078 is expected to be issued on August 15, 2005 with and expected closing date of September 22, 2005. The solicitation may not be available until the solicitation date.
