- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform pavement repairs at USCG Air Station Barbers Point, Kapolei, Hawaii. The work includes repairs to asphalt concrete and Portland cement pavement areas, cold planing, saw cutting, demolition and excavation, subbase, compaction, AC pavement, AC overlay with fabric, pavement markings, lead paint removal, and miscellaneous related work. The work shall be phased to accommodate aircraft movement. This solicitation is a best value source selection. Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and qualifications of key personnel. The period of performance is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000 and is a total small business set-aside. This office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Instead they may be accessed at the following website: http://www.eps.gov. Offerors should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on this website. This solicitation can be downloaded from http://www.eps.gov on/about July 28, 2005. If it does not appear on that day, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is presently August 31, 2005. This date is estimated and may change.
