- The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201 is requesting proposals from interested offerors to provide Urology Services. The contractor shall provide attending staff coverage of general urology outpatient clinics at least 3 half days per week and as required to maintain the ability to have veterans requiring urology clinic services be seen within 30 days of initial consultation. Urology averages about 1000 cases, including cystoscopy per year in the operating roo. The VA urology clinic has about 321 clinic vistis per month or 4000 per year. THERE WILL BE A PRE-SOLICITATION MEETING ON APRIL 7, 2005 FROM 10:00A.M. TO 12:00P.M. AT THE JOHN D. DINGELL MEDICAL CENTER, 4646 JOHN R. STREET, DETROIT, MICHIGAN. ROOM C1593 YELLOW BUILDING BEHIND THE PATIENT LEARNING CENTER. All interested offerors are encouraged to attend.
