- GSA is issuing a solicitation for an open market Blanket Purchase Agreement for a one year period. The contract period starts from August 1, 2005, or date of award, which ever comes first, through July 31, 2006. This solicitation consist of four types of National Stock Numbers (NSN) for packaging material. The items are:NSN 8135-01-126-6275, bubble wrap, anti-static: NSN 8135-01-235-8057, bubble wrap, anti-static: NSN 8135-01-324-2664, vermiculite, grade 3, and NSN 8135-00-222-4035, barrier material asphalt paper 24" x 36" a sheet, waterproof, with fiber cords. The annual dollar estimate all four NSN's $79,476.64. These items are to service our Federal and Civilians Agencies. Deliveries are to be made within the 48 contiguous United States.
