- NAICS Code: 541620 EPA is conducting market research to determine if there are small disabled veteran owned businesses that can perform the following work, entitled: Valuation of Environmental Benefits The National Center for Environmental Economics has identified a need to conduct analyses in several areas of study. In November 2004, NCEE issued a document entitled "NCEE Draft Ecological Benefits Assessment Strategy." This document outlines a series of action items to advance ecological benefits assessment within the EPA regulatory context. The contractor must have relevant experience in ecological risk assessment, evaluation of habitat restoration programs and water quality analysis. Small disabled veteran owned businesses may send a summary of their company capabilities to perform such work, as well as a list of at least three references that can verify the company's capability to perform the work, to Neely.Rodney@epa.gov and Wright.Kristin@epa.gov by Wednesday, July 20, 2005.
