- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT. NO "HARD COPY" RFQ WILL BE PREPARED OR MADE AVAILABLE FOR DISTRIBUTION. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for 1,600 EACH , LSI DEVICE (XILINX P/N: XCS 303VQ100C. This is a manufacture sole source, which is based on unique capabilities. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Solicitation Number is N66001-05-Q-4783.
