- The contractor shall provide 13 Cubic Receivers and/or Replacement Modules (P/Ns: CDR-3280 and CDR-3580) for the Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment Increment E System. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, commercial type contract on a sole source basis to Cubic Defense Applications, Inc. of San Diego, CA for this equipment. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Comments shall be submitted to Jennifer Kelley, Code 0217JK. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334511 and the size standard is 750 employees. Numbered Note 22 applies.
