- Solicitation N00421-05-T-0154 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Aeropanel Corp. for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 15 ea P/N 387859-1 4592 Indicator Panel (1019-0068) CLIN 0002 Quantity 20 ea P/N 387873-1 Indicator Panel (1019-0069). Manufacturer must be Aeropanel Corp. Award is expected 25 JUL 2005. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 23 JUL 2005 may be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
