Description: Rehabilitate a river lift pump and fit with a fish screen. This river pump will be used to properly manage a newly restored wetland for Aleutian Geese and other migratory water birds on the San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge. The Refuge is located 10 miles west of Modesto, California. Tasks: 1. Remove the existing pump infrastructure (Diagram A). 2. Replace existing motor and pump. 3. Design, construct and install a stainless steel pump, and river intake pip (Diagram C). 4. Design, construct and install Pump support platform, with OSHA approved steps and safety rails. 5. Install fish screen ( Diagram B).
