- The Contractor shall furnish all plant, materials, labor, services, equipment supervision, and performance necessary to Repair/replace road culvert systems C1 and C2, along Thing Valley Road in San Diego County, California. This is a full and open competition acquisition, and is set-aside for small business. Period of performance is 30 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is less than $40,000. Bidders are urged to contact Kanu Patel, Technical Representative, BIA, Pacific Regional Office, at (916) 978-6033, and bidders are expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Twenty-five (25) sets of Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages will be available on first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing seven (7) days before the closing date to the attention of Ella M. Dempsey, Contracting Officer. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the FRQ package either by mail or by facsimile, FAX No. (505) 863-8382 to the attention of Ella M. Dempsey, Contracting Officer. Telephone requests to obtain the RFQ package will not be accepted. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Request for Quotation are due at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, Acquisition Operations, 301 West Hill, Room No. 346, Gallup, new Mexico 87301, by 4:30 P.M. (local time) close of business, August 5, 2005 or by facsimile RFQ will be accepted at (505) 863-8382. Any further questions regarding this announcement may be directed to Ella M.
