The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers requires dam safety improvements along the right bank of Mud Mountain Dam on the White River near Enumclaw, Washington. Project Base work provides crib wall grading and drainage pipe. Option work includes rock fall slope protection fencing, drilled caisson wall, concrete retaining wall and concrete lined ditch and road work. There is anticipation of completion of Base work: by 30 Sep 2005 and Option work by 30 June 2006. The North American Industry Classif ication System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $28.5 million. This project is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business and your proposal will exceed $1 million, you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan with goals for small, HUBZone, small disadvantaged, small woman-owned, and small veteran-owned concerns. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $28.5 million.
