Description

BASE BID: Work for this contract will include demolition of existing loading dock and ramp including adjacent pavement, construction of a new front entrance, handicap ramp, pavement installation, painting of the existing building exterior and incorporation of new AT FP measures/equipment. OPTION 1: Provide demolition, rework and new construction for the rea/east exit, sidewalk and fence. OPTION 2: Provide demolition including slab & utilities, clean-up and site reclamation of Buildings 209, 216, 246 & 247. OPTION 3: Provide additional parking with striping & drainage as detailed on sheet C-1. This project is available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acroba t Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486- based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3. 1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive. The solicitation will be issued on or about 29 July 2005 and bids will be due on or about 1 September 2005 at 2:00pm local time.
