- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Missile Reliability Prognostics (MRP) tool using Artificial Neutral Network (ANN) prognostics model. The goal is to investigate and develop a neutral network prognostics model that an p redict missile reliability based on the individual missiles. The updates in the MRP codes will provide hands-on training to be incorporated in the code and documentation of this requirement. The prototype ANN is have a one week hands-on training course t o AMCOM personnel followed by a trial period. This is a sole source requirement to ACTA.
