- DESC: This solicitation is for a contract that will include (2) two 50 percent options for the following requirement: 725 each, Dust Separator Kit, NSN: 4240-01-526-5468, P/N: 5-19-13984. The Dust Separator Kit removes dust particles from the air pr ior to the air entering the inlet of the M93 Gas Particulate Filter Unit (GPFU). The kit consists of the inlet adapter, dust separator and the hardware for attachment. The M93 GPFU provides 100 CFM of filtered air to the Military S280 Shelter. FOB is de stination. Estimated issue date is 29 July 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation a nd is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments a nd to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. The proposed solicitation is issued as a Full and Open competition. This soli citation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a quote are instructed to request the same by submission of an email request to tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any sa id requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been relea sed to the Internet.
