- The U.S. Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny, New Jersey intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) to Armtec Esterline, 85-901 Avenue 53, Coachella, CA 92236 to investigate the feasibility of the fabrication of the improved Combustible Cartridge Casings (CCC) for large caliber direct fire ammunition with an emphasis on new structural fibers for increased strengthand robustness.
